At Thea Bowman Center, we invest in the future by providing engaging Youth Summer Programs and enriching After-School Programs that foster creativity, education, and personal growth. Explore our MYCOM (My Commitment, My Community) resources, designed to empower youth and families with valuable tools, mentorship, and opportunities for a thriving and connected community.
TBC SUMMER
The Thea Bowman Center 8-week summer learning experience is for children K-8th grade. The summer program offers a range of activities including weekly field trips to various arts and culture sites including the zoo.
Applications are closed for summer 2024.
AFTER SCHOOL PARTNERSHIP
The Thea Bowman Center out of school time available during the school year is at Nathan Hale School for youth K-8th grade. Youth are engaged in a variety of after- school activities such as music, art, peer to peer activities, coding and gender specific group activities.
MYCOM
Funded by the Cleveland Foundation, MyCom is a community-wide network of agencies and programs working to provide services to youth in Cleveland. Thea Bowman Center is the lead agency for the Mt Pleasant community. Contact Lisa Mack for more info at 216.491.0699
