Resource Services

The Thea Bowman Center is an Ohio Benefits Bank host site with staff and volunteers assigned to assist people who call or come to the center to access Ohio Benefit programs and services. In addition, the Thea Bowman Center will provide further assessment for individuals to determine if there are other needs that the center can provide outside of the Ohio Benefits Bank services.  Resource Services is an asset to our Adult Education, Food Support and Youth Programs, ensuring that participants are informed and aware of services that may support their personal goals and development.
